Timber to Indo MUST be ISPM 15 Standard

From September 1st, 2009, shipments to Indonesia fall under new regulation Ministry of Agriculture Indonesia Number.12/Permentan/OT.140/2/2009 stipulating that all inbound cargo using wood packaging materials, including wooden pallets, must comply with ISPM # 15.

The term "wood packaging" includes the cargo outer packing, skid and / or spreader. Those wood materials with thickness greater than 6mm
must be marked, “Heat Treatment / Fumigated as per FAO ISPM 15 standard 2002”.
